:( I have heard that Probability and Combinatorics constitute a very miniscule part of Quant, but as far as I have seen lot many questions in this forum are about the same topics!

I am wondering if the topics are really much more important than others?
You can, for example never foretell what any one man will do, but you can say with precision what an average number will be up to!

Probability and Combinatorics (Counting) are overrepresented in the BTG forums. I guess this is because a LOT of people struggle with these topics.

Of course, if you want a high score, you'll still need to master them.
