Hi abhirup1711,
This question should be posted in Data Sufficiency, but since it's here, I'll answer it.
This is a YES/NO DS question (IS x^4 + y^4 > z^4?). We know nothing about x, y and z to start.
Fact 1 tells us that x^2 + y^2 > z^2
Let's use the Empowergmat tactic TEST IT to prove the possibilities:
You could use:
x = 1
y = 1
z = 0
In this case, the answer to the question is YES.
You could also use:
x = 1
y = 1
z = 1.4
In this case, the answer to the question is NO.
Fact 1 is INSUFFICIENT
Fact 2 tells us that x + y > z
You could use
x = 1
y = 1
z = 0
In this case, the answer to the question is YES
You could also use:
x = 1
y = 1
z = 1.4
In this case, the answer to the question is NO
Fact 2 is INSUFFICIENT
Combining Facts, you'll see the same sets of numbers fit both facts. This gives us a YES and a NO answer.
Inconsistent answer = INSUFFICIENT
Final Answer: E
