imo e

5*=1*1/2*1/3*1/4*1/5
4*=1*1/2*1/3*1/4
5*/4*=1/5
Many of the great achievements of the world were accomplished by tired and discouraged men who kept on working

This type of problem requires understanding the instructions - 5* means 1/5(1/4)(1/3)(1/2)(1/1) and 4* means 1/4(1/3)(1/2)(1/1) - if we divide 5* by 4* then all of the fractions factor out except 1/5 - which is the answer.
