yes it will be 756

length of one glass window = (54-4*3) / 2 = 21
and breadth = (30 - 4*3) / 2 = 9

Area = 21 * 9
4 windows so area = 21 * 9 * 4 = 756

Here it is

Complete length is 54 inches (4.5 feet)
There are 3 strips of 4 inches in length
so legth without strips will be 54 - 12 = 42

this 42 is length of 2 windows
so length of 1 window = 21

Similarly breadth becomes 9 [as this also has 3 strips]

Now Are of 1 wondow is 21 * 9 [l * b]

total we have 4 windows so are becomes 21 * 9 * 4 = 756

The total length is actually length of window1 + length of window2 + strip before window 1 + strip between window 1 and window2 and strip after window2
