The answer should be A) unless I missed something.

k is an integer

2 some weird function k = 3

Cannot be multiuplication as it would make 2 a factor 3 which is not possible since 2 and 3 are primes

has to be addition with k=1

SUFF

k is an integer
1 some weird function 0 = k

If some weird function is + then k=1 which would make 3 some weird function k = 4

If some weird function is * then k=0which would make 3 some weird function k = 0

2 different values possible

INSUFF
