Hi All,

Can i take my GMAT for the 4th time this September?
I'd taken my 1st attempt in May 2007..
This being my 4th attempt, will it hamper my chances of an admit in the Ivy league ???

Thanks & Cheers!!!

4th attempt is allowed, in fact you can take the test as many times as you can afford. ;)

Your chances of getting accepted to ivy-league may or maynot hamper, depending on your profile.
Most of these b-schools considers your highest GMAT score, so technically # of attempts wont hamper your candidacy.

While it's true that most schools take the highest score, it will start to look funny if you've taken the test too many times. What "too many times" is will likely vary by school. I would say that four times is getting there, so try to make this your final attempt.
