1. (x-2)/y > 0. we cannot conclude anything about (x-2) until we know the sign of y. Insufficient
2. xy>0 means that either both are positive or both are negative. But doesnt tell us anything more. Insufficient
Combined 1 and 2:
Both the statements together still doesnt give us the sign of y (or x).
So both the statements together not sufficient.
