If 6 people are going to sitting at a round table, but Sam will not sit next to Suzie, how many different ways can the group of 6 sit?
A) 120
B) 108
C) 96
D) 74
E) 56
OA is C
Total circular permutation = 1/6 (6!) = 120
now we consider a case where sam and suzie sit next to each other,
A B C D suize sam
5. 4.3. 2. 1. 1 total circular permuation = 1/5 (5!) = 24
120-24 = 96
