Tough problem

Is z = 20q?
a. q = 3
b. Each value other than q is equal to the sum of the value immediately above it and immediately to the left of it.

B is Sufficient

r = q+q =2q
s = 2q+q =3q
u = 2q+q =3q
t = 4q
x =4q
v=6q
y=10q
w =10q

z = 20q
