IMO D
1. 1200+E(Senior)+Sold(Junior)+800=4000
E+S=2000
To maximise E, S should be 0. Max value of E(Senior)=2000
2. 1200+S(Junior) < 2000
S<800
To maximise E, S should be 0. Max value of E(Senior)=2000
OA pls.

Never say Die!
Got to be A.
Agree with the first part of @ jonathan123456.
A is sufficient.
But for option 2 we do not know what is the total number of shares unless the option 1 is considered.
SO D is out of scope.
IMO A.

I think it's A.
1) 4000-1200-800=2,000
This gives us the greatest possible number that the senior partner could have exchanged. (Sufficient)
2) 1,200<.5(Initrode)
Would be sufficient if the question stem told us how much of the company stock was exchanged and sold among the 2,000 shares, but the question does not give that information. (Insufficient)

I don't know what to say, really. Three minutes to the biggest battle of our professional lives. You find out life's this game of inches, so is football. Because in either game - life or football - the margin for error is so small. I mean, one half a step too late or too early and you don't quite make it. One half second too slow, too fast and you don't quite catch it. I'll tell you this, in any fight it's the guy whose willing to die whose gonna win that inch. That's football guys, that's all it is. Now, what are you gonna do?
