IMO D

1)2^|x|= 2^x
so |x|=x
so x>=0
SUFF

2)3^|x|<=3^x
i think 3^|x| can never be < 3^x
because minimum value of 3^|x| is 1 when x=0
for any other value 3^|x|>=3^x
so here only the equality holds true
3^|x|=3^x
this is same as statement 1.
SUFF
The powers of two are bloody impolite!!

ditto tohellandback. I also didn't find any value for X that would make 3^(|x|) < 3^x Only equality holds true.
Hence D
