5 those mild flus which are treatable with bed rest and which last only a few days to those

would go for 1)

1) treatable is an adjective and lasting (a participle) act as adjectives, (modify mild flu) are parallel. correct IMO

2) treatable is an adjective and last is a verb. they cannot be parallel.

3) wordy and ambiguous "they"

4 and 5: awkward and wordy.
