I have a doubt regarding the usage of this structure......In the last 50 years-- this type of clause will be coming some times in middle of a sentence.... and sometimes at the end of the sentence.....is there any pattern for this???? else this is purely structure based on question given????

this is an adverbial phrase of time. So it is flexible in its position but generally, you see it in the beginning in many standard writings.

A: which modifies 50 years and that is wrong.
B: has been doesn't seems right. Passive voice used
C: has been experiencing is awkward. Implies: it is still going on.. Passive voice used.
E: has had: awkward, that of : is used to create copy while comparing
