My GMAT is on Friday- 5 days
Is it a VERY BAD idea to take another practice test, or at least just a quant section?
Following my two-week plan, I took a practice test on Saturday (roughly a week before the exam), whith the intention that it would be my last.
BUT I got a result that has me very worried.
On my previous Practice tests my Quant scores have been: 42, 42, 39.
On Saturday I scored a 34 on Quant, using the same stratagey & pacing as before.
I know that the accepted theory is NOT to take another test with just 4 or 5 days before the real deal.
But I am VERY tempted to take another one (at least the Quant portion)
For me, the biggest thing on test day will be confidence, and that 34 has seriously shaken that confidence. I feel like the only way to regain my confidence is to take another test, and prove to myself that the 34 was a fluke.
So, what do you think? Is that a bad idea.
PLEASE let me know.
Thank you,
Zach
