One approach is to pick values. Our goal is choose values that will show that the answer choices don't have to be true. We can use only values that satisfy the condition given: |m/5| > 1.
m = 6 works, because |6/5| > 1.
Eliminate B (because 6<5 isn't true).
Eliminate C (because 6=5 isn't true).
Eliminate E (because 6<-5 isn't true).
m=-6 works, because |-6/5| > 1.
Eliminate A (because -6>5 isn't true).
The correct answer is D.
