255 = 15% of the package price. There are 2 boundaries that give you
this 15% difference. So, you cannot say for sure if it was 15-16 or 30-31.
Hence B is not enough

1 tells you that the total was 595 = 35%. Again, you know the range is
31-45. Not sufficient.

1 and 2 together are sufficient.
