Hello. I've read through this post 9https://www.beatthegmat.com/my-blog-errors-and- ... 99-75.html ) a little while ago, and was confident I, too, would beat the GMAT. After ~1.5 months of studying and only a week to go before my deadline, I feel like toast.
I've been focusing on math. I haven't even had a chance to work on the Verbal portion. I scored a 540 ~3 yrs ago and have since completed a master's with a 3.81. Now, I have a chance to begin a doctorate and one of the big obstacles is this stupid test, which I feel isn't a true reflection of ones cabilities anyways. Regardless, I think I understand most of the math concepts but everytime I take a practice test, I get stumped. I'm so pissed right now; I feel like taking up smoking again. I quit that ~8 years ago....
A week to go. Any thoughts?
I'm SOOOOO Frustrated!

I've combed through the Perersons study book along with the PrepWizard Quantitative Study Guide. I think I know all the tricks. I think it comes down to deciphering what exactly is being asked in each question and how to proceed.
Geeesh. I got straight As in all my Math classes, too.
