Do you get headphones or earplugs at the test center?

In my opinion ear plugs are essencial. I took my own ear plugs (those that are like a foam take you put into the ear), but the test center also provided me with another type that looks like a headphone. I used both and they were really helpful. They are practical and you won't lose concentration with the noise of people typing, breathing or groaning. I strongly support that you take yours! I got standard issue earplugs at the test center - the foam kind you'd get at any drugstore. I'd been practicing taking tests using them, so I decided to use them on test day as well.
