Thus, the average (arithmetic mean) amount of these snacks sales per ticket sold = 14.75/10 = $1.475 = ~$1.48
The correct answer: A

(3 x 2.25 + 4 x 1.5 + 2 x 1) / 10
(6.75 + 6 + 2) / 10
14.75/10 = 1.475 ≈ $1.48
