The short answer to this is it is very unlikely. A huge aspect of the application review is what you can bring to the classroom in terms of business discussions. A lot of these discussions are built upon personal experiences in the workplace so there is an expectation that you would bring something to the table here and your classmates would learn from you. Also, certain skills like leadership, teamwork, etc are often viewed through the lens of business experience when assessing your application so no experience again would put you at a disadvantage. What is unspoken for many schools is that they are looking for some work experience whether it is listed as a requirement or not it is often viewed as one.

However there are many lower ranked programs where this expectation does not exist so if you are dead set on applying for admission right after undergrad this may be a more realistic course of action.

Hope this helps!

Nope - work experience is super important. A strong GMAT isn't enough on its own. So think about how to set yourself apart from the pack and apply a few years after you graduate from university!

If you want to get a management education directly after undergraduate school look at Masters in Management programs. When researching these programs look at the career employment reports and see if the jobs are the types of jobs you are aiming for after completing a program.
