There are 100 numbers from 200 to 299

There are 250 numbers from 101 to 350

101 - 199 = 99
200 - 299 = 100
300 - 350 = 51

So Probability = 100/250 = 2/5

101 - 350 = 250 elements

Numbers with 2 in the hundreds place = 100

Hence Probability = 100/250 = 2/5
