OG 11 SC Practise qn 85, OG 11 qn 41
I am a bit confused regarding the Singular and Plural form of Cost\Costs.
Initially,when I attempted the forementioned questions,I directly opted for the sentence having "Cost" as Plural.After going thru the expln in OG,I was a bit confused about the exception this solution had created.
In qn 85 , The Dirt Roads take the plural form "Cost" in the sentence which I felt was correcy?However,Can somebody elaborate more why "Costs" is correct (instead of costs) in the qn 41 below?OG 11 says that costs is Plural here !!!!!
