I recently took the CAT 2 from Kaplan, and I was surprised at the results from the verbal section. Out of 41 questions, I got 28 right. Smart reports indicated that that put me in the 97th percentile. Is that even possible? I was under the impression that getting 13 questions wrong would not get me anywhere in the top 10%. Out of the first 13 I got only one wrong, and although the first 10 questions were ranked as medium difficulty, the majority of the rest were ranked as hard. Can anybody tell me how this is possible?
