2011 Kaplan Premiere CD CAT scoring

I've read older posts which mention that Kaplan's CD CATs are skewed by about 70-100 points downward. Is this still the case for the 2011 Premiere CD?

Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

I have heard somewhere that Kaplan has revised their scoring algorithm making it better than before. But what you need to concentrate is on the questions rather than the score. This applies not only to kaplan but also to other prep companies tests.
