Is the measure of one of the interior angles of the quadrilateral ABCD equal to 60 degrees
1.Two of the interior angles of ABCD are right angles
2.The degree measure of angle ABC is twice the degree measure of angle BCD

IMO E

Stmt 1 - 2 angles are 90 degree each. But rest 2 can be 90 each or can be 120, 60 so NOT SUFF

Stmt 2 - Again tells about only 2 angles. NOT SUFF

Together - 2 angles 90 degrees
Now the question does not say if angle ABC is 90 or not. It may/may not be 90 NOT SUFF
