What other MBA programmes are focused on helping graduates develop impactful careers? I know a few schools are starting to add things like leadership and ethics modules. Still it would be nice to know if there are opportunities to put this into practice. Similar to what's on offer at St. Gallen. There's a press release on their site that talks about a recent Leadership challenge that all MBAs attended. More MBAs need to be able to answer: What are your core values, and would they be different if you were on the board of a big firm? How would you react in a position of power and how do you interact with people in positions below you? These are some of the key issues that business schools tackle. Just some food for thought.
