Just wondering: aren't the questions posted on the forum copyrighted?

I mean SOMEBODY came up with the actual questions right? OG, Kaplan, GMAC, etc. Do they not mind people having access to the questions for free?

Discussing sums is one thing and distributing entire book (soft-copies) is other.

If anyone in the forum uploads entire book or major part of the book it's definetely copyright issue.
