Hi,
I've been in IT industry for a little more than 9 years. Having had a good exposure to various facets of business in this field, I would like to expand my reach to other domains such as Marketing, Finance and Operations. In the long run, I want to start a business of my own. Hence thinking about an MBA to upgrade my skills and to broaden my professional network.
Here is how my profile looks:
- Originally from rural India, engineering graduate, good academic record (84%)
- Employed in IT industry, worked for various clients in India, US and Germany
- Have a very good performance track record at work
- Learnt German until Level 4
- Currently employed in Germany
- GMAT: 720 - Q50, V38
These are some of the schools I am considering right now, but need to research more the specifics of their programs:
London Business School, HEC Paris, WHU and Mannheim Business School in Germany, St. Gallen University, Switzerland, Booth School of Business, University of Chicago, Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University
I am looking for perspectives in evaluating MBA programs - Europe vs US vs APAC, and also suggestions on which MBA programs would better suit me.
Thanks in advance.
