Good question...

Stmt I

x/y = 7/9

9x = 7y which makes one think that y > x

but let x=-7 y=-9 answer is no

x=7 y=9 yes

INSUFF


Stmt II

xy>0

Bothe positive or both negtaive no idea which one is bigger than which

ISNUFF
