Q. if R is an integer, is R evenly divisible by 3
A. 2R is evenly divisible by 3
B. 3R is evenly divisible by 3
Source: Kaplan Strategy Guide
I rephrased the question;
When R is divided by 3 is the quotient an even number ? In other words Is R divisible by 6 ?
However the book said to be "evenly divisible by 3" is to be multiple of 3.
Please clarify. Thank you
