This sounds like the beginning of a joke right? Well it is sort of...rather it is the beginning of a few jokes. The posting in honor of the most anticipated wedding in years is on the Veritas Prep Blog at https://www.veritasprep.com/blog/2011/04 ... l-wedding/.

I though it was funny...but then I did help write it (only the funny parts)anything serious or insightful can be blamed on Brian Galvin.

one more similarity David,
even though you know you gave more than 100% both cant guarantee a happy ending ;)
a bad day can ruin your gmat, and well i need not say wht thngs can ruin a wedding.
well..really dnt hope this for the royal couple though. may they live happily everafter :D

You guys are hilarious! We should have had these in the article...

You know I should have mentioned the security more. Getting into the GMAT with the palm scan, etc. is harder than getting into the royal wedding!

One costs $250 each time, the other costs 1/2 your net worth each time

One looks to asses your command of the English language, the other looks at those in command of the English People

One you get to wear a cool hat, the other you don't.

Cool hat to the GMAT?

Oh wait. no hat allowed in the GMAT...Cool hat to the wedding! Or if you were not invited, to the parties in the street!

Funny!

How about:

-Your GMAT score is good for 5 years; the over under on the royal marriage is probably about 5 years, too (celebrity marriages...why are they so fickle?!)

-Upon successful completion of the GMAT, it quickly becomes old news as you move on to your applications and acceptances. And we all know that the royal wedding is old, old news right now given recent world events.

-The royal wedding received stately congratulations from dignitaries in Washington DC. Your congratulatory official score report will be sent from GMAC headquarters just outside of Washington DC.

-David@VeritasPrep often stays up into the wee hours of the morning to tutor his GMAT students from around the world via an online classroom. David also stayed up all night watching the royal wedding (but no word on if he cried during the vows...)
