1. 3x is a factor of 48 means x is a factor of 16

hence factor of 16 are may be 2,4,8 and 16 but 16 is not factor of 24 hence x is not factor of 24 so sufficient

hence left with A and D

2. 5x is a factor of 60 so x is a factor of 12 so 2,3,4,6 and 12 are posible values of x and all are factors of 24 also so sufficient

hence answer is D
