by lucanoe » Tue Apr 13, 2010 4:49 am
I'm sorry but I really tried. That's the longest essay I can possibly construct in 30 mins- 320 words.
and I developed two points of argument in four paragraghs.
what should I do next? I used to be proud of my writing skills.

I think length is one factor - from the various suggestions I followed (and also applied on my Test day), it seems that you should write about 400-500 words per essay in the AWA section. However, if you are able to develop a clear argument with concise sentences, you may do with a shorter essay.

Looking at your score, it looks like you have more problems than only the length. Think about whether your points were clear or vagues, whether you provided suitable examples or not and also about the amount of grammatical errors you made.
