The correct answer is
B.
An alternate approach is to draw SIMILAR TRIANGLES.
For the DIAGONAL distance from P to be twice that from Q, the HORIZONTAL and VERTICAL distances from P must also be twice those from Q.
The result is the following figure:

Adding 2 to both the x-coordinate and the y-coordinate of P, we get:
(0+2, -1+2)
(2,1).
The correct answer is
B.
