Remainders

Hi

I saw this problem somewhere - dont have the answers but it was something like this

Two numbers N and M when divided by 3 and 7 have remainders A and B.

Which one would also be a factor of N-M

Dont have answers - however, if you cant come close to the answer - any help about how to go about it would help.
