it depends on school
i think most school take the highest score

I recently attended a panel discussion with members of the admissions boards of HBS, Stanford, Kellogg, Booth, Wharton and Columbia. They said that all of them look only at your HIGHEST GMAT SCORE. Good Luck!

I would be careful with believing that they only look at the highest score. I think that's the score that they'll ultimately record, but I've heard explicitly from a couple of the schools you've listed that they look at all of your scores, but only take the highest one. I would do some more research on this if you're truly concerned.
