I am taking GMAT in second week of september 2011. I heard a few people talking about a new section called integrated reasoning. Will I be tested on this new section or the same old analysis of an issue?

No worries, it will not be introduced until June of 2012. :)

A 30-minute Integrated Reasoning section will be added to the Graduate Management Admission Test assessing the ability to assimilate information from multiple sources to solve complex problems. The section, featuring question types that require test takers to generate solutions as well as simply select correct answers, will measure key skills for 21st century business students identified by business school faculty around the world. The Next Generation GMAT makes its debut June 4, 2012.

Hey,

The actual section will be introduced in June 2012. But right now (July - August), test takers have to take an additional half an hour at the end of their GMAT as GMAT is testing its new section in a real environment. This comes at the end of ur test.

So, currently it is still the old format with Issue/Argument essays.
Vineesh,
Just telling you what I know and think. I am not the expert. :)
