Ummm, one way that really works for someone like me is to first know where I stand.
Take up the OG 12 RC diagnostic. See how you fare. If you're doing great, you don't need any 'RC book' to prepare from. Dive into the OG passages head first!
The Manhattan books are pretty good in this aspect.

MGMAT RC and veritas prep RC are good.
