GMAT Prep Courses: Manhattan or Kaplan????

by MissTee » Wed Sep 08, 2010 8:18 am
I am trying to narrow down which GMAT prep class I want to enroll in! Originally, I was going to take Manhattan GMAT, simply because I've gon to a free trial class and I loved it! Plus, one of my friends did Manhattan GMAT and he said it was a really good course! However, I hear Kaplan is great too and they let you pay for the class in installments which is better for me. So I had decided Kaplan is what I was going to do until a few minutes ago....the class that I want and need to be in didn't make, so they've deleted that particular class. And they don't offer anymore classes during or near that time frame that meet once a week. (There are a few that meet twice a week, but I won't be able to pull that off) There is a Kaplan class that meets on Sundays that I could do, but I'd rather go throughout the week. So now, Im considering Manhattan GMAT again. I definitely need help in making a decision. Which program is better? I need a response asap because I need to sign up this week!!!!

Thank you so, so much for posting these reviews! I think Im leaning more towards Manhattan GMAT Prep! That was my initial pick anyway, and from the looks of the reviews, they seem to be the best.

If anybody else has any personal experiences with the two, please feel free to chime in!
