recent improvement in email will resolve the corporate communication problem.vast quantities of information about product, marketing transaction, services and basic business communication can electronically exchanged quickly and low cost.

Advent of e-mail in 1990 changed the way the world.People from antartica can discuss food receipe to a person in sahara. The whole world is encapsulated in a 15 inch screen. The author is very sound when discussing email will certainly make communication fast and cheap ,but it will not end our communication problem. The main issue here is communication is still intiated by the person , only the medium is new, so many existing problem will still persist , and certainly enhanced in few cases.Though his claim may well have merit, the author presents a poorly reasoned argument, based on several questionable premises and assumptions, and based solely on the evidence the author offers, we cannot accept his argument as valid

The primary issue with the author's reasoning lies in his unsubstantiated premises.
The author does not discuss how th email will solve the existing communication problem. The author's premises, the basis for his argument, lack any legitimate evidentiary support and render his conclusion unacceptable.

The author rest the argument on assumption that quick and low cost communication
can solve the existing problem. This is certainly a casual argument , as it can certainly be shown that if sometimes comunication is progressive and little slow, people participating in the loop have time to add views or rectify others mistake
In addition, the author makes several assumptions that remain unproven on how
information on products ,services and market transaction aids to solve communication problem. The author weakens his argument by making assumptions and failing to provide explication of the links between quick & low cost communication and problems.

While the author does have several key issues in his argument's premises and assumptions, that is not to say that the entire argument is without base.
The author could link that most comuncation problem lies with lettes or memo, which
takes time to reach or circulate thus the problem in the meantime has aggravated.
The letters are expensive to post and by switching to email will certainly lower
the over all cost of the company.Though there are several issues with the author's reasoning at present, with research and clarification, he could improve his argument significantly.

In sum, the author's illogical argument is based on unsupported premises and unsubstantiated assumptions that render his conclusion invalid.
If the author truly hopes to change his readers' minds on the issue, he would have to largely restructure his argument, fix the flaws in his logic, clearly explicate his assumptions, and provide evidentiary support. Without these things, his poorly reasoned argument will likely convince few people.
