hey folks I've Edited my posting since the first post was a bit hot tempered.

I recently purchased the "Great New AWA tool" advertised on mba.com.
This service is not provided directly by mba.com or by vantageoline, but a third party called measured success and their web site is pretty unfriendly to those of us who cant keep track of their passwords.
I mean you have to create a profile on mba.com then create another one on vantage online then create another one on measured success! its all too round about i think...
Anyways, if you do lose your pswd for this password, you would have to contact measuredsuccess by email. It's a pretty round about process and I think the whole thing could be improved and be a lot more user friendly

Hey all,

Just to add my two cents as well - I had trouble accessing my second essay attempt (even though my userid/password is correct) and wrote to them six days ago. My test is on Monday and despite the reminder a day ago, I still have not heard back. It generates an auto response that someone will get back to me but no response at all!

Its customer service needs to step it up.
