hello stacy ,
i am an mba aspirant for 2012/13-14. i was planning to apply to few colleges but i am yet not sure whether i should take a chance since my gmat score and work experience both are less but my other activites are pretty good .
i have been good in academics till now except scoring bad in real test.
my gmat score was 660( quants-50/92 percentile and verbals - 29/53 percentile)
awa 5.0 /57 percentile
my toefl was 107
academic details-
10th icse- 77%
12th cbse- 84% (science)
graduation(BBA) - 75.6% (topped the college)
extra curriculars-
Event management- organised an event in the college for the inter college competition held in our college. The competition included business quiz, collage making, presenting a highlighted issue etc. Worked with many co students to make it a good event
Participated in annual function- competition of fashion show. Our team WON the competition
Management games- made a collage showing the encroachment of roads and public properties by small vendors, and also including child labour in that. Stood up second.
working on communication skills project where i am myself learning whilst training undergraduate students of a sub urban district college
joined an ngo to teach poor and deprived children, basic education
Sports participated
Horse riding
Volleyball
Tennis
Kho kho
Interests
Swimming
Reading novels and books
Exploring new places
Best horse riding participant - learned till 3rd level that is cantering .Participated in jumping the horses over obstacles in annual function as a part of the event .Escorting the chief guest on the annual day sitting on horseback.
Best outstanding student (in college)- among bba, bca,bft students, five were nominated for the award and finally I was awarded the best student.
First rank for three consecutive years.

i have been thinking to apply to NUS,NTU, said business school, cass business school, warwick,
but i was lookin for more options.
