Nations should cooperate to develop regulations that limit children's access to adult material on the Internet

Children are future of nations and how they brought up plays significant role. Where U.S. or any other county would be in 20 years down the line depends how the children are doing today and what the plan the have for future for an example if majority of children wants to study Biology - it can be predict easily that after 20 years U.S. or any other country would be bio rich and there would maximum no of doctors or related profession. On the other hand premature adultery in children fuel the digress and consequences and repercussions are long terms, additionally health is also effected due to premature adultery and some of the infected viruses in body can take heredity positions. It may also boost HIV cases due to children unawareness and negligence. By keeping above points in mind I agree with author that nations should cooperate to develop regulations that limit children's access to adult material on the internet.
Chief reason for this is that Internet is growing and preferred technology among all age groups due to its wide range of arrays and its a basic life necessities nowadays. So internet access can't be avoided however we should limit its adultery contents from children because premature adultery stuff can raise HIV cases drastically, due to children unawareness on this. It's apparently that if nation's future is itself in custody of epidemic HIV, how far that particular nation would go. In addition to that premature GMAT intercourse may lead to genetic problems also, in such cases not only specific group would have impact however next upcoming generations would also similar problems. For an example in South Africa adult material is not well regulated and nowadays country is struggling with HIV epidemic and it would take significant amount of time to come up, despite of best efforts and good intentions.
Secondary by nature adultery stuff gets attention and rule on top of every thing specifically in children, due to their curiosity and eagerness. And that can be a toxic to nations for an example if a child has a well developed plan on his or her education and execution is going fine till now, one day all of sudden that particular child met a adult stuff over internet and of course it attracts him/her. And as a result his or her plan may not go as well as earlier. In case it's happening for massive population, majority of population would not be well educated and hence county growth would have a significant impact.
Those who disagree with above statements might argue that it's always better to keep children updated to children. It would help them in growing better on the adult front, spread awareness and do & don'ts. Furthermore all these are prerequisite for an adult male or female and any lake of understanding result into disaster. However this overlooks on bigger part that children are nation's future and in premature stage more excited in doing practical on whatever they know or see. Adultery practical in premature stage would have its own issues in terms of health and HIV proliferation.
In sum, I have argued that adult materials on internet should be limited to children because it's required to grow children better, helpful in preventing epidemic diseases like HIV and more importantly fruitful for nation's future. And in fact many Asian countries already trying to limit or almost out of reach to children. Many of the issues are never been be resolved for everybody satisfaction but in long run it is required and will lead to betterment of all involved. Finally for a healthy and always keep on going up nation it is non negotiable.
