Confusion

Hi guys i'm really confused between Began and Begun.Also Have and Has terrify me especially when a problem involves a completed action.I would really appreciate if somebody can clarify it.

Simple Simple Past
Present Past Participle


Has is the present perfect tense and is used for the singular verbs.
Have is the present perfect tense and is used for the plural verbs.
