Arc ABC covers 2/3 of the circumference of the circle.
Hence, circumference of the circle = 24*3/2 = 36

Therefore, diameter of the circle = Circumference/π = 36/π ≈ 36/3.14 = Slightly smaller than 36/3 ≈ 11

The correct answer is C.
