Hello,
I will be applying to mba programs in the coming years as I gather work experience. I just graduated from cal poly slo, with a gpa of 3.845. I looked on the mba.com website, and it seems as though it considers an A- as a 4.0. At my school, an A- is a 3.7 and affected my gpa a bit.
So how do mba programs look +/- grades. Is an A- a 3.7 or will I need to recalculate my gpa before applying? Thanks.
