In this type of questions,if you have any doubts you should adopt the unitary method:-
1 gizmo = 333 seconds
Now,1 hour = 60 minutes = 3600 seconds
Hence,1 second =1/3600 hour
Hence 333 seconds = 333/3600 hours
Hence,time required to produce 40 gizmos = 40 x 333/3600 hours = 3.7 hours.
I don't think such calculations can be asked in actual GMAT since 333/3600 gives 37/400 =0.0925(I calculated this thru calculator)
