Application Process-submitting info after deadline

Are you able to add/submit/edit information on your application after the deadline? For example, I was unable to obtain a copy of a transcript for a summer program I did during college until after the round 1 deadline. I know you can't make any changes online but is it possible to maybe call the admissions committee and have them allow me to add that education information that I now have to the application somehow? Is this allowed? Is this looked at negatively by the adcom? Am i out of luck? Thanks!

Call the specific adcom and ask them. You won't have to give your personal info. Generally, they will probably say that you can submit the information but it may not be considered.
