In short, you're a solid, middle-of-the-road candidate with good numbers and a well rounded profile (good mix of solid work experience and extracurriculars). As such, here's where you stand:

Stretch: Wharton, Kellogg, Haas, Booth, Columbia, Tuck, Sloan (choose 2-3)
Sweet spot: UCLA, Ross, Darden, Duke, Stern, Cornell, Yale (choose 2-3)
Safety: schools outside the top 16 (USC, UNC, Georgetown, Tepper, Texas, etc.). (choose 0-1)

Basically you can and should choose a mix of 5-7 schools from this list (HBS and Stanford are the only long shots as you're up against too many people of a similar caliber but who have bluer chip backgrounds - and even they will have trouble getting in).
