A couple questions:
How do you convince your recommenders to cooperate with multiple applications?
How do you request a recommendation from a supervisor, when your departure for B-school directly impacts their interests, or the interests of the company?
Could it be helpful (or is it even possible) to steer your recommenders into speaking on specific points? For example, coerce one into speaking on leadership, another on service, another on aptitude, etc. all without just outright asking them to do so?
Timelines? How much notice is too much? Too little?
